A Collaborative, Athlete-Centered Approach

This work is educational, supportive, and collaborative. Consulting can be used alongside an athlete’s existing healthcare team, and recommendations are designed to complement care provided by primary care physicians, athletic trainers, physical/physio therapists, and other providers. The goal is not quick fixes, but clarity, confidence, and sustainable health strategies that support both performance and long-term wellness.

Who This Is For

  • Teen and Adult Female Athletes

  • Athletes navigating hormonal, birth control, or energy-related challenges

  • Those seeking a deeper understanding of their health and physiology

  • Athletes looking for personalized, science-informed guidance for performance optimization

What to Expect

1:1 sessions provide a focused space to ask questions, review concerns, and develop practical next steps that align with the athlete’s goals, training schedule, and overall health needs.
